A qualified Italian lawyer, she built her career at leading law firms focusing on corporate and capital markets law. Following a capital markets experience in London, she spent several years at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., working on primary markets and advising listed issuers on extraordinary transactions, disclosure, compliance, and corporate governance. She serves on the boards of several listed and private companies.

He spent a 15 year career in investment banking with focus on SMEs. He joined First Capital during the Initial Public Offering in 2010 and became CEO in 2013. In previous years he was partner and manager of the Spinnaker PE Investment Fund. Previously, he had professional experience as manager in M&A and Corporate Finance department of Banca Profilo.

Born in Brescia in 1974. In 1998 he graduated in Law at the University of Parma and in 2011 he got an MBA in Corporate Finance at the Bocconi University in Milan. He has an extensive experience of investment banking and private equity. He is also CEO of Total Leasing S.p.A. (Brescia) and Five Holding S.r.l. (Brescia).

Born in Firenze in 1967. He has a degree in Political Science at the University of Florence. He has developed his experience working as manager in productive factories and for many years cares about financial investments and private equity. Among manyoffices, he is the CEO of Ekamant Italia S.p.A. and XCapital S.p.A.. He is member of the Technical Committee of Fondo Toscana Innovazione.

Born in Florence in 1972, he holds a degree in Economics from the University of Florence and has over twenty-five years of experience in finance in both Italian and multinational settings, including roles as Chief Financial Officer. Since 2015, he has served as Chief Financial Officer at Next Holding and has also been a director of group companies.

Graduated in Management from ESCP Business School, following a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University. He currently serves as New Business Development Manager at Bontempi VIBO S.p.A., a family-owned metalworking company, where he is responsible for expanding into new markets and acquiring new clients. He also holds commercial responsibilities at Mi.Me.Af. S.p.A. (automotive sector) and is a member of the Board of Directors of Finan Service S.p.A., where he focuses on the evaluation of financial and real estate investments. He is also a member of the Strategic Committee of the subsidiary Bontempi VIBO.
